13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Charlottesville, Virginia, for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, and each party waives any objection to venue in those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
15. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, and supersede prior discussions on that subject.
